Job Summary
Review work orders, group orders by thickness, and prioritize based on supervisor instructions. Locate materials, select handling equipment, and set up burner torch tips. Program the CNC computer, clean scrap slag, and stack finished parts. Place parts on skids for packaging, shrink wrap, band materials, and label skids with order details. Remove scrap from the table and move finished orders to staging. Perform other tasks as assigned to support production efficiency and safety. Work 2nd shift with ability to work assigned overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work assigned overtime, sometimes with short notice
- Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
- Demonstrated reliable work history
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks
