Job Summary
Maintain the service loaner fleet by ensuring proper documentation, including driver's licenses, insurance cards, and fuel payment credits, is received and maintained. Send signed loaner contracts to clients and provide availability data to the Service Advisor or Cashier to assist with scheduling. Clean, fuel, and inspect all loaner vehicles for safe operating conditions prior to loan-out, performing physical inspections upon return to note damage or required maintenance. This role supports accurate loaner capacity monitoring and requires a high school diploma with one to two years of customer service experience.
