Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location by hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers while maintaining food safety standards. Manage kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory control to support P&L goals, while ensuring the store remains clean and stocked. Resolve coworker and customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, mentoring others to maintain a positive team culture. Work 45 hours per week with time-and-a-half pay for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 1-3 years
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen
- Prior management / leadership experience
- Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
- Desire to help and mentor others
