Job Summary
General Manager role leading daily restaurant operations in a Burgerville location (Vancouver, WA). Responsible for driving guest experiences, team development, and restaurant performance, including coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members; managing sales, labor, and food costs; maintaining food safety and cleanliness; supporting local marketing and community involvement; and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
