Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance. Develop, coach, and support Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members. Drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results; create an outstanding guest experience through strong service standards. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent; maintain food safety and cleanliness; support local marketing and community involvement; build a positive, respectful, high-performing team culture. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing restaurant operations and a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Food Handler certification
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
