Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, focusing on quality, hospitality, and team performance; coaches, trains, and develops Shift Leads and Crew Members; helps drive sales, labor, and food cost, maintains food safety and cleanliness, supports recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention, and participates in local marketing and community events to grow the restaurant and build a positive, high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
