Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operating the point-of-sale system, and processing accurate payments. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food handling, stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations. Actively cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of all available services at the travel plaza. Adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
