Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Handle all customer complaints according to company policies and procedures, and provide product recommendations based on developed knowledge. Follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Process customer sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and receive and stock merchandise using the FIFO system. Ensure stock is faced up, clean, and presentable, removing damaged or out-of-date items to designated quarantine areas. Apply proper lifting procedures for up to 50 pounds and maintain full control of the store using prevention techniques to minimize loss. Clean floors, walls, counters, tables, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and the parking lot in accordance with brand standards. Comply with all safety policies, report unsafe practices to management, and follow end-of-day closure procedures to secure the premises.
