Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner, provide a pleasant dining experience, and respond to inquiries while handling complaints per company policy. Process sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and receive and stock merchandise using FIFO systems. Follow sanitary practices for food handling, clean floors, counters, tables, restrooms, and the parking lot, and ensure stock is faced, clean, and presentable. Maintain full control of the store by removing damaged stock, applying portion control, and securing premises at end of day. Comply with all safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and assist new associates in learning job skills. Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
