Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner while providing a pleasant dining experience and responding to inquiries. Handle customer complaints according to company policies and maintain product knowledge to offer recommendations. Follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Process sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and receive/stock merchandise using FIFO. Ensure stock is faced, clean, and presentable; remove damaged or out-of-date items to designated quarantine areas. Apply portion control to minimize loss and secure premises at end of day. Clean floors, walls, counters, tables, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and parking lot. Maintain a professional image, assist new associates, and report unsafe practices to management. Must be physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds following proper procedures.
