Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner while providing a pleasant dining experience and responding to inquiries. Handle all customer complaints according to company policies, develop product knowledge, and make recommendations. Process sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and receive/stock merchandise using FIFO systems. Ensure compliance with operational standards, sanitary practices, and safety policies while maintaining proper uniform standards. Clean dining areas, restrooms, and parking lots; remove damaged stock, and apply portion control to minimize loss. Maintain full control of the store, secure premises at end of day, and assist new associates. Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
