Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare quality food for travelers at Applegreen plazas. Engage positively with customers, operate point-of-sale systems, and follow all food safety and brand standards. Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of available services and execute assigned duties. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
