Job Summary
Build store sales, exceed financial objectives, and lead team members to hospitality excellence while maintaining accuracy, speed of service, and a consistently clean environment. Proactively identify and hire staff embodying 'authentic communication' and 'make it right' philosophies, ensuring food safety and security standards are met. Manage operations across 54 restaurants in the Southeast, requiring availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts. Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must have reliable transportation
