Manage inventory costs by performing daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, placing truck orders, and maintaining a list of all restaurant assets. Ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment is completed per company standards while interacting with external vendors. Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast, and friendly service, demonstrating proper de-escalation techniques and coaching shift supervisors. Provide coaching and feedback to shift coordinators and team members to increase capabilities, actively participating in Leadership Development Plans. Direct the team toward efficient product preparation and sale within speed of service guidelines, ensuring operational and brand standards are upheld. Perform duties of an Hourly Shift Supervisor when necessary. Requires open availability for opens, closes, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to growth for both team and self.
