Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations in conjunction with the General Manager, maintaining brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service. Treat all team members with respect while encouraging consistent delivery of high-quality food and guest service in adherence to safety and brand systems. Work with the team to drive profitable sales growth, analyze operational and financial performance using management tools, and monitor costs against budget goals. Assist in training internal candidates for Shift Lead positions and ensure employees follow company operational standards. Interact with guests and the community to resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues to the General Manager as needed. Comply with all State and Federal labor laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of restaurant operations experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills
- access to adequate transportation
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes exceeding beyond eight hours, based on operating hours
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- May be required to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during entire shift
