Job Summary
The Bunkers Server role entails taking food and beverage orders, pouring and serving drinks, bussing tables, presenting and processing checks, and maintaining exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to seats, answering questions about menus and beverages, entering orders into the POS, serving dishes, ensuring guests’ satisfaction, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, checking IDs for alcohol service, upholding beverage-service standards, supporting events and tournaments, and participating in regular training. Requires English communication, a WV food handlers card, a neat appearance, teamwork, flexibility for weekends/holidays/nights, and knowledge of F&B operations and wine preparation techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a WV food handlers card
- Must be dressed neatly and well groomed in company approved uniform at all times
- Communicates well with guests
- Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a ‘team player’
- Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service, wines and preparation techniques
- Must have a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays and nights will be required
