Job Summary
Bundling Team Lead responsible for day-to-day bundling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key duties include unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise; responding to inquiries; auditing processes to ensure alignment with SOPs; ensuring accuracy of bundling documents; maintaining safety and cleanliness; logging information in SAP; leading, training, and monitoring the work of shipping associates; and managing weekends and overtime. Requires demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills; SAP experience is a plus; forklift certification a plus; proficient in MS Office. Local commute to Ontario, CA. Compensation includes hourly pay of $23.00-$25.00 plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), PTO, and other voluntary benefits).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Proven leadership experience
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Safety knowledge
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to commute to: Ontario, CA
