Job Summary
Securely wrap, band, and palletize finished products for distribution while inspecting items for quality and accuracy before packaging. Stack and organize materials safely to prevent damage, label pallets per specifications, and maintain a clean work area. Follow all safety policies and assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed. Communicate defects or equipment issues to supervisors and collaborate with production teams to meet daily goals. Full-time opportunity with on-the-job training available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
