Job Summary
Move work in process from workstation to workstation and ensure a balanced workflow in a noisy manufacturing environment. Supply enough work components to each workstation and procure necessary supplies from stock to prevent downtime. May fill in for the production supervisor during short absences. Requires no formal education but at least 6 months of related experience or training; basic math, reading, and writing skills; ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs; adherence to safety and quality standards. Strong dependability, communication, and initiative are expected to maintain productivity.
