Job Summary
Bun Maker position in a Tulsa, OK manufacturing environment focusing on foam production. Responsibilities include preparing and mixing foam production batches, operating mixing/blending and adhesive application equipment, accurately measuring and recording material weights and production data, completing batch records and production documentation, monitoring processes for consistency and quality, inspecting raw materials and finished products for quality concerns, maintaining clean equipment and work areas per 5S standards, and adhering to all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Emphasis on teamwork, effective communication with supervisors and teammates, and contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient production environment with opportunities for hands-on training and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production formulas
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Prior forklift certification or experience is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
