Job Summary
Diagnose and repair Mazda vehicles from bumper to bumper, performing advanced engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs. Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical concerns using factory diagnostic equipment, then complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Mazda standards. Document repairs clearly on repair orders and communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while meeting productivity goals to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing bumper-to-bumper repairs on domestic, import, or Japanese vehicles
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
- Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to your background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record

- ASE Certifications
- Ability to efficiently perform repairs in a flat-rate environment
- Own professional technician tools
