Job Summary
The Bull Operator at PBR Norfolk provides energetic customer service while ensuring safe operation of the mechanical bull. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with guests and co-workers, presenting promotions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, verifying guest identification, and reporting equipment issues. An ideal candidate has customer service experience, attention to detail, communication skills, and basic math abilities. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and frequently stand and move about the venue.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must be at least age 18
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification as required by local or state government agency
