Job Summary
The Bull Operator is responsible for providing customer service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring guest safety while operating mechanical controls of the bull. Responsibilities include offering and presenting promotions, verifying and scanning guests’ identification, and ensuring guests sign the establishment's waiver. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving. The position requires carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and is part-time in nature.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting, preferably with prior mechanical equipment operation
- Must be at least age 18
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification as required by local or state government agency
- Basic math skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least age 18
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
