Job Summary
The Bull Operator at PBR Big Sky is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests utilizing the mechanical bull. Key duties include providing energetic customer service, familiarizing guests with safety rules and waivers, verifying age requirements, and maintaining the mechanical bull equipment. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant customer service experience and possess strong communication skills. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and being on feet frequently.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must be at least age 18
- Alcohol awareness certification as required by local or state government agency
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in languages other than English

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
