Bull Crew Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and organization of construction sites to ensure they are clean, safe, and prepared for activities; move between multiple sites as needed; coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-schedule work in accordance with safety protocols; operate basic construction equipment following safety procedures; respond to emergencies to maintain site safety and continuity; communicate effectively with supervisor and team to ensure smooth workflow and project progress; promote a collaborative, safety-focused team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Relevant experience may offset educational requirements.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in construction or a related field, in large and complex construction project/industrial project/logistic project.
