Job Summary
Deputy Leader for Bulk Transport Initiatives at Air Liquide. Coordinate across clusters to ensure resources are allocated and Phase 1–4 value initiative deployments for transport resources are progressing, with robust reporting and dashboards. Drive collaboration with procurement, strengthen cross-border insights into transport cost structures, and develop innovative organizational models with carrier partners (e.g., joint ventures, internalization). Lead change management, stakeholder communication, and performance improvement through planned vs. realized hours, harmonized contracting/invoicing, and Self Billing. Role reports to the head office with global scope and close contact to E2E and Bulk scheduling center stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in bulk supply chain operations
- Proficiency in business analysis and operational control
- Experience managing carrier contracts and collaborating with category managers or terminal/depot hubs
- Strong project management capabilities
- Professional fluency in English with effective communication skills
- Focus on people leadership and change management expertise
