Job Summary
Drive a company truck and trailer to service properties along an assigned daily route, removing furniture, oversized trash, and bulk items from resident properties. Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using a mobile app, then load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques. Haul collected items to the assigned disposal facility and unload upon arrival, completing scheduled pickups efficiently within established timeframes. Communicate property concerns, access issues, or service exceptions to management promptly while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following company safety procedures. Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday with a start time of 8:00 AM, offering a pay range of $19-22 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
