Job Summary
Lead and manage the Bulk Supply Chain team (drivers, dispatchers, analysts) in Indonesia, optimize end-to-end bulk deliveries with strict safety and regulatory compliance, drive S&OP in collaboration with production facilities and stakeholders, continually refine route planning and load factors, oversee asset utilization and uptime of tractors, cryogenic tanker trailers, and ISO tanks, enforce Air Liquide Group standards across workflows, investigate transport incidents with CAPA, manage logistics budget and CAPEX, monitor KOIs and logistics costs, and coordinate cross-border communication across time zones. Strong emphasis on data modeling, analytical skills, and ability to scale operations with cost-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in bulk logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, featuring strong data-modeling habits and analytical techniques
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, programming knowledge (e.g., Google Apps Script) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a track record of managing strict compliance frameworks and complex asset structures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate disruptions, adapt to unexpected situations, and manage cross-functional teams
