Bulk Powder Blending Technician - 1st shift

Job Summary
Load and unload ingredients into large blending machines and drums per batch records, weighing components and recording observations. Operate industrial blenders, mixers, sizing equipment, ovens, and scales while managing 50lb powder bags with ergonomic assists. Transport bulk powders and packaging materials between warehouse and production areas using a forklift. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, drums, containers, rooms, and the facility to ensure sanitary working conditions in accordance with cGMPs. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely, including batch records and equipment usage logs. Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of all work produced.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. on a regular basis
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Self starter with high level of motivation
- Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to drive forklift truck
- Demonstrated team player
- Ability to wear the following PPE and sanitary requirements: dust mask, safety shoes & glasses, hearing protection, hairnet, beard guard, and gloves.
