Job Summary
Follow scheduled recipes and supply ingredients to the Mixer Operator, weighing all chemicals accurately and consistently. Transfer materials from bulk bags to smaller paper or poly bags for precise weight handling at the mixer, targeting 30-50lbs. Operate a forklift for various functions, maintain proper inventory control of raw materials and finished products, and perform monthly inventory counts. Label skids, boxes, and fill out applicable paperwork while monitoring production output to identify any product or process issues. Communicate with additional staff members and follow all safety procedures, including assisting in modifying and updating procedures. Work the 2nd shift from 2:45pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday at an hourly rate of $18 plus a $1 shift premium.
