Job Summary
Deliver beer and non-alcoholic drinks to customer locations while collecting payment, managing change, and recording transactions on daily delivery records. Ride along with partners to obtain a Class A CDL license through the company's CDL School, then manage specialized work to maintain product availability in local stores. Place stock on shelves, set up merchandise displays, and handle rejected or unsold containers. Resolve service complaints and inform customers of new products or services. Maintain a clean truck and perform routine pre and post trip inspections on assigned equipment. Work outdoors in extreme cold temperatures, lifting up to 50 pounds and walking four miles daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid AZ driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be 20 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees
- Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities
- Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
- Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday
- Must study for and successfully pass CDL permit test prior to logging hours toward obtaining Class A CDL license

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
