Job Summary
The Bulk Route Merchandiser is responsible for effectively merchandising products in coolers, shelves, and displays, ensuring systems are in place for stock rotation and maintenance of displays. Key responsibilities include building eye-catching displays, ensuring accurate pricing, communicating with account managers, organizing backstock, and lifting products consistently throughout the workday. Finding success in this role requires a strong customer service focus, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and continuous compliance with company standards and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid NC driver’s license, must be licensed for at least 5 years
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs. repetitively
- Strong work ethic, customer service focus, and positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and performance evaluation
- Must be 21 years of age
