Job Summary
Hands-on Bulk Material Specialist role performing compliant tanker offloads, bulk gases and receiving functions; maintain tank farm level reports to expedite movement of tank and bulk material; schedule organic and aqueous waste pickups with approved vendors; manage cylinder gas receipt/return processes; maintain waste manifest tracker for accurate records; ensure transactions are expensed at month end; perform Logistics Coordinator duties when not assigned; support interplant transports (STOs), assist with empty drum removal and material handling; coordinate finished goods inventory and movement with third-party logistics; support shipping activities including customs documentation and global trade compliance (dangerous goods, risk assessments); maintain SOPs, GMP and safety; cross-train on applicable functions; participate in shift change and Tier 3 Material Management meetings; perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager; committed to quality and regulatory compliance in manufacturing and logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Education
- Experience in a GMP environment
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
