Job Summary
Inspect and verify incoming coins and currency for quantity and product type; prepare merchandise for storage and assign product locations; pull existing stock for inventory requests; operate lift equipment, coin counting machines, and bar code scanners; participate in cycle counts and physical inventories; maintain inventory accuracy and follow company guidelines for handling products; perform regular organizational functions to sustain accurate inventory systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 20/20 corrected vision with color discrimination
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, more with assistance
- Basic math skills & accurate counting
- Ability to use a computer terminal and scanning equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify coin and bank note types (will train)
- Ability to perform repetitious work all day and work overtime as needed
