Job Summary
Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards to drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. Use standard work processes, report waste/salvage in SAP, monitor bulk flow and inventories, manage changeovers to prevent cross-contamination, and coordinate with team leaders to set shift activities. Participate in RCA investigations and IL6S initiatives, while ensuring SOPs, GMPs, formulas, and work instructions are followed. Contribute to overall line performance and equipment reliability in Mondelez Canada’s Ontario manufacturing sites, delivering on production goals and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machines with coaching
- Safety and quality standards for operating machines
- Reading and writing, and fluency in site-appropriate language
- Collaborating well in a diverse work environment
