Job Summary
Operate and shuttle packaging products within the Ohio region, safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to warehouses, perform local shuttle runs, and conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections using Geotab. Maintain equipment in accordance with food-safety standards, SOPs, and DOT/CDL requirements; communicate maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager; participate in monthly safety and operations training; work 12-hour shifts with potential 65 lb lifts; thrive in a safety-focused, manufacturing environment with employee ownership and opportunities for advancement in a growing packaging company.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card
- Pass all DOT requirements to drive
- Pass CNG road test
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- At least 21 years of age
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
