Job Summary
Load, unload, and deliver CO2 and cryogenic liquids in transport tankers and cryogenic vessels while ensuring compliance with CGMP, Hazmat, OSHA, and DOT regulations. Read and follow all Standard Operating Procedures, maintain electronic trip-logs, and perform pre-inspections of vehicles, reporting any problems to the manager. Ensure appropriate placarding, labeling, and vehicle cleanliness. Oversee paperwork accuracy and maintain a clean driving record. Work shifts from 4pm to Midnight Monday through Friday, with overnight trips possible. This role supports AWG's distribution of industrial, medical, specialty, and beverage gases across 20 states.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL license with HazMat, Tanker, and Air Brakes
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug-screen and physical
- Successful completion of company administered road test
- High school diploma/GED
- Clean driving record 3+ years
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Must be available for overnight trips
