Job Summary
Bulk Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for maintenance, packing, and stocking of bulk foods; packaging and pricing bulk items, filling bulk bins, rotating products by code dates, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the Bulk area. Provides high level customer service, assists Bulk Manager as needed, and helps with stocking and receiving merchandise. Must handle fast-paced store duties with a focus on accurate packaging, pricing, rotation, and presentation of bulk products, while maintaining safety and equipment in good condition.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have good communication skills and ability to participate in a team environment
- Ability to perform repetitious activities and multitask
- Ability to lift and transfer product weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance
- Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations

- Team Members under the age of 18 are restricted from using knives other than safety cutters, ladders, garbage/cardboard compactors, motor/electrically powered equipment, and working in coolers/freezers for prolonged periods.
