Job Summary
Bulk Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for maintenance, packing, and stocking of bulk foods, following the bulk merchandising plan, properly packaging and sizing bulk items, filling bulk bins, preparing and pricing bulk packages, rotating product by code dates, and maintaining cleanliness in the Bulk area. Provide high level customer service, assist the Bulk Manager as needed, and ensure equipment is safe and in good working condition. May receive, unload, and stock merchandise as needed; must be capable of working in a fast-paced grocery environment and flexibly scheduling around nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable
- Flexible schedule including night, weekends, holidays
- Positive attitude and customer service
- Good communication skills; teamwork
- Ability to perform repetitious activities; multi-task; stay organized
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. up to 15 hours
- Adhere to safety/OSHA/Weights and Measures regulations
