Job Summary
Support customers via phone, email, and other communication channels in Bulgarian and English while assisting with roadside assistance requests and general inquiries. Provide accurate information and effective solutions, escalate complex cases when required, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Deliver a high standard of service within an international, multicultural team supporting a leading global automotive manufacturer. Full relocation support is provided for this remote position in Greece.
Required Qualifications
- Bulgarian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience
