Job Summary
Conduct external property inspections and optimize building characteristics based on BAG/WOZ signals. Verify readiness of simple permits on-site and assist with administrative WOZ tasks, including revaluation, objections, and citizen inquiries. Requires HBO level WOZ-certification and 2–3 years of experience in WOZ valuation with real estate. Flexible, self-directed work with on-call availability. Interviews scheduled for the last week of December.
