Buisness Architect (Credit)

Job Summary
Design, build, and continuously improve Klar's credit experiences by developing deep understanding of customers, products, and end-to-end credit lifecycles. Identify and structure product opportunities across activation, utilization, repayments, and collections using customer insights and performance data. Translate customer, business, credit-risk, and regulatory needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Map customer journeys, business processes, decision flows, and system interactions to design simple, scalable solutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations throughout product discovery and delivery to support prioritization, backlog refinement, and release readiness. Define success metrics, monitor product launches, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. This hands-on role requires 2-3 days per week in the Mexico City office with a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python for Data Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in product development, business analysis, product operations, consulting, fintech, financial services, or another analytical and cross-functional environment
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams and build alignment across different perspectives
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or complex problems
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear requirements that technical teams can implement
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to identify edge cases, dependencies, and unintended consequences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Customer-focused thinking and an interest in creating simple, transparent, and intuitive financial experiences
- A high level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn the details of both the product and the underlying business
- Ability to manage several workstreams and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Advanced English proficiency
- Full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week
