Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Compensation is up to $80/hour, and the team provides a dedicated Success Manager and reimbursement for additional state licensure.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
