Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing Building Services team across Queensland, developing engineers and mentoring them toward leadership roles. Build trusted relationships with clients, industry partners, and the broader market to identify opportunities and lead major pursuits in aviation, sports, defence, health, education, and precinct developments. Drive commercial performance while maintaining technical excellence and championing innovation through digital engineering and sustainable design. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Queensland Buildings business as a member of the leadership team, fostering an inclusive culture where people are empowered to do their best work.
Required Qualifications
- Deep mechanical and building services engineering expertise
- Relevant qualifications
- RPEQ registration
- Experience in building services consulting and delivery
- Strong networks and an established reputation within the Queensland market
- Experience delivering major projects across sectors such as aviation, sports and entertainment, defence, health, commercial buildings or major precincts
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and developing future leaders
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience growing client relationships and winning work
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build trust across clients, partners and teams
- Passion for quality, collaboration and creating a positive environment for our people to grow
