Job Summary
Sustainably clean, maintain, and sanitize grounds, stands, patios, lobbies, restrooms, offices, and tour vehicles while sorting and diverting waste streams to maximize re-use and recycling. Sweep, hose, use a leaf blower, scrub, mop, and polish surfaces including glass, mirrors, and workstations across diverse areas. Communicate issues via radio, respond to calls, assist team members, and provide guest service by answering questions and directing visitors. Drive society vehicles to load, unload items, and transport supplies. Complete work on schedule with minimal supervision, performing heavy manual labor and operating power equipment safely. Report to the Buildings and Grounds Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Required Qualifications
- California driver's license upon hire
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
- Must successfully complete a Physical Ability Test
- Must be able to drive society vehicle, load, and unload items into vehicles, transport supplies to different locations
