Job Summary
Building Trades Appliance Specialist focused on serving high-volume builder/remodeler trade clients with expert product knowledge and customized service. Responsible for demonstrating features and benefits, assisting customers in qualifying needs, presenting purchase protection plans and financing options, managing sales orders through delivery or pick-up, upholding policies, and maintaining a clean book of business. Expected to meet or exceed sales criteria in sales, gross margins, and warranty; mentor and train other sales team members monthly; represent the company at builder events, trade shows, and industry networking functions; participate in exclusive vendor and Warners’ Stellian University training; operate Monday–Friday with travel as needed. Compensation includes a $100,000-$200,000 annual target with a base of $16/hour plus tiered commission and commission guarantees; benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, and 401K with profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of appliance sales experience with demonstrated success working with Building Trades customers
- Warners’ Stellian Builder Trades Appliance Specialist Certification
- Weekend and evening availability
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to use PC comfortably, including email, internet, data entry, company software systems; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
