Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections, corrective, and preventive maintenance for PG Building Facilities, production, restrooms, ceiling, roofing, tiling, and carpentry work in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and safety requirements. Support emergency repairs, troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring of building operations while implementing risk assessments for occupational health and safety. Drive initiatives to achieve cost savings and service improvements, ensuring client feedback is recorded and acted upon to maximize satisfaction. Maintain data integrity for all tickets, AR closures, risk assessments, and Maximo PM records. Requires a Certificate/Diploma in Engineering with hands-on experience; ability to work independently, on shifts, and irregular hours is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering
- Ability to work independently
- Possess integrity

- Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work on shifts
