Job Summary
Perform skilled maintenance and complex repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, building automation, and controls systems with minimal supervision. Troubleshoot advanced systems to ensure the healthcare facility remains safe and fully operational while meeting strict safety codes for patients, staff, and visitors. Maintain a first shift schedule of 40 standard weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of basic general maintenance experience
- Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
