Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor needed in Bristol to provide a full building surveying service to external clients and the in-house Building Consultancy team. Responsibilities include managing and developing existing and new client relationships to support fee generation, carrying out surveys of commercial buildings and residential properties, preparing Schedules of Dilapidations and negotiating with opposing parties, project management and contract administration for refurbishment, conversion and new build projects, and producing feasibility studies. Role includes providing Principal Designer services for small projects to comply with CDM 2015, and delivering Party Wall etc Act 1996 services and schedules of condition negotiations. Ideal candidate is an experienced building surveyor in a commercial consultancy setting, with understanding of local and national markets, ability to manage multiple projects, and capable of coaching junior team members. A driving licence is essential; RICS Chartered status is preferred.
