Job Summary
Site Superintendent leading on-site execution for a 75-unit luxury multi-family residential development in Canmore/Calgary, Alberta. Responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and productivity; coordinating trades, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams; maintaining high workmanship standards for premium finishes and architectural details; ensuring compliance with Alberta OHS regulations; driving project milestones on time and within budget, and overseeing closeout documentation and warranty items. Requires 10+ years in construction with at least 5 years as a Site Superintendent, proven experience on luxury residential/condominium projects (Canmore, AB), strong scheduling and sequencing skills, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Preference for Gold Seal Superintendent, related education, and First Aid/CSTS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a Site Superintendent
- Proven experience delivering luxury multi-family residential projects valued at $30M+
- Direct experience working on high-end residential or condominium developments in Canmore, Alberta
- Demonstrated success completing projects from excavation through occupancy
- Strong understanding of wood-frame, concrete, or hybrid multi-family construction
- Advanced scheduling and construction sequencing knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Gold Seal Certification (Superintendent) considered an asset
- Construction Management or Engineering-related education preferred
- First Aid and CSTS certifications
